In lieu of the celebration of Chinese New Year 2020, BTHKL is proud to present and introduce a brand new experience for 2020, the Blossom Dynasty Kitchen! The Blossom Dynasty Kitchen is a novel, highly sophisticated Chinese restaurant that features a highly intricate styling and design, paired with a commanding array of absolutely delectable Chinese cuisines, prepared by the finest Chinese cuisine chefs and culinary experts from BTHKL’s elite and illustrious Kitchen team. Located on the 14th floor, the restaurant’s exceptionally stylish decor, contemporary furnishing, and beautiful oriental ornamentation conjures a majestic and powerful impression. This new Chinese restaurant also features an extensive assembly of both traditional and modern Chinese cuisines for its central menu. The Blossom Dynasty Kitchen will emerge to a full blossom this 13th of January, 2020!

The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner daily from 13th January till 8th February 2020, with three specialized Chinese New Year Menu caters for min. 6 persons. The first Chinese New Year Menu is the Lucky Star Menu, which features elegant dishes such as the Alaska King Crab Stick & Caviar Yee Sang, Roasted Sesame Chicken with Prawn Crackers, and Steamed Red Snapper with Salted Vegetables and Chan Pi. The Lucky Star Menu is RM788 nett for half-portion serving, and is RM1,388 nett per table (10 persons).

The second Chinese New Year Menu is the Plentiful Wealth Menu, which features ravishing dishes such as the Salmon & Sweet Pear Yee Sang, Wok Fried White Prawn with Marmite Sauce, and Steamed Sea Grouper Fish Hu Nan Style. The Plentiful Wealth Menu is RM 988 nett for half- portion serving, and is RM1,588 nett per table (10 persons).

The third Chinese New Year Menu is the Smooth Sailing Menu, which features refined dished such as the Braised Birdnest Soup with Crab Claw & Crab Roe, Stewed Whole Boneless Duck with Dry Oyster & Mushroom (with Kai Choy), and Steamed Red Grouper with Fried Garlic Soy Sauce. The Smooth Sailing Menu is RM1,188 nett for half-portion serving, and is RM1,788 nett per table (10 persons).

Additionally, for every table of 10 persons; 1 bottle of red wine, white wine, or sparkling juice will be provided as a complimentary arrangement for any of the three Chinese New Year Menu. Guests are also viable for a special 50% discounts for Yee Sang and Hi-Tea for their next purchase when they made their reservation and dined at the Blossom Dynasty Kitchen, which includes both walk-ins, and prior reservation. Mandarin Oranges and state of the art Ang Pau Packets will also be provided as a celebratory gift. Guests can also delightfully enjoy 3 distinctive choices of high quality Chinese Tea.
