Colony, Malaysia’s leading luxury coworking space and serviced office provider, today celebrated the opening of its fifth and flagship centre, Colony @ Star Boulevard KLCC at Jalan Yap Kwan Seng.

The stunning co-working space features an opulent ballroom and a lush rooftop garden. It is emblematic of Colony’s expansion strategy which disproportionately demonstrates its commitment to redefining the experience people can have at work.

Following the success of its previous centres, Colony committed a USD1.5 million (RM6.3 million)  investment in its 35,000 sq ft flagship.

Spanning 2 levels, Colony @ Star Boulevard KLCC is a creative collaboration of a modern urban loft and eclectic bohemian design seen through the eyes of award-winning luxury interior designers, London-based 1.61 London and Hoe & Yin Design Studio.

To top it up, Colony @ Star Boulevard features a whole new set of luxe suites, each with its own design personalities. Integrated with its own Google Home system with a private lounge area and a daily-stocked minibar, luxe suite guests can also indulge in the ultimate immersive experience at work with personal butler service.

This personalised, round-the-clock service offers an end-to-end experience for guests, allowing each guest to be taken care of at work without worrying about the details to ensure a seamless work experience.

Colony’s pipeline is growing with the group achieving year-on-year revenue growth of 163%, attributed to the strong performance of their mature centres and the newly launched centre, Mutiara Damansara.
