Catherine Lee’s journey into entrepreneurship was inspired by her passion for education, cultivated during her 15-year tenure as a music teacher in Singapore. Driven by a vision to balance motherhood with professional aspirations, she courageously took the step to open a kindergarten and assume the role of its principal.
From Music Teacher to Educational Pioneer
In 2017, with the birth of her first child, Catherine made the bold decision to return to Malaysia and embark on a new chapter in her career. Fueled by a desire to provide a nurturing environment for children, she founded Mukidz Preschool to foster the next generation’s growth and development.

Overseeing the growth of over 100 graduating six-year-olds, Catherine has spearheaded numerous extracurricular activities including school camps, science workshops, and outdoor excursions. Through innovative teaching methods integrating multimedia and music, she and her team offer a diverse and engaging curriculum that sparks students’ curiosity and creativity.
