With operations spanning both East and West Malaysia, Kawalan Sri Setia remains a trusted partner for businesses and communities nationwide.

Entrepreneurial Journey and Leadership

Joshua Matthews Adrian’s entrepreneurial journey began at a very young age. Raised in a family rich with entrepreneurial influence, he was exposed early to business thinking and began dabbling in small trades before his teenage years. These early experiences built knowledge that far outweighed the modest profits. Over the years, he explored many ventures—some impulsive, others strategic—all of which sharpened his instincts, decision-making, and resilience.

Today, he leads Kawalan Sri Setia Sdn Bhd as Managing Director and also serves as Chief Executive Officer of JNB Cleaning Services Sdn Bhd, continuing to grow through every challenge and opportunity.

The Importance of Security and Unique Approach

The instinct to protect—our people, resources, and territory—is as old as humanity itself. Security is not just a modern-day service; it is deeply rooted in our evolution and survival. What began as primitive vigilance has now transformed into strategic, organized protection systems.

Kawalan Sri Setia exists to fulfill this age-old, hardwired need in today’s complex world. In a society that demands safety, order, and trust, the company provides the structure and assurance to make that possible. Unlike one-size-fits-all solutions, Kawalan Sri Setia assesses each client’s environment, identifies vulnerabilities, and designs tailored strategies that align with specific risks and operational realities. From technology integration to trained personnel, the company blends traditional principles with modern tools to provide proactive, intelligent security that doesn’t just wait to react—but prevents.

Safety is not just a service—it’s a promise. At North Borneo Security Services Sdn Bhd, Nur Haseen Jaan embodies this promise with unwavering dedication, professionalism, and innovation. Since the company’s establishment in 1994, their mission has been clear: to safeguard lives, assets, and businesses while fostering peace and trust in every client they serve.

A Legacy of Discipline, Resilience, and Care

As a family legacy, Nur Haseen joined the company at just 20 years old, stepping into a world that demanded discipline, resilience, and a deep understanding of people. Balancing studies with the complexities of a growing enterprise, she learned invaluable lessons that strengthened her resolve to carry on this legacy.
