RumaValet Sdn Bhd, founded by Syahir Bakar, revolutionizes the rental property market in Malaysia by offering seamless and stylish interior decoration and furnishing services. Catering to property owners and investors, RumaValet transforms spaces into attractive, tenant-ready homes, optimizing rental returns with minimal hassle.

A Decade of Experience and Insight

Syahir Bakar’s journey in the property industry began over a decade ago as a property investor in 2014. He noticed a significant gap in the market: property renovations were often overpriced, and investors struggled to achieve satisfactory returns on investment (ROI). Recognizing the need for a cost-effective and efficient solution, he founded RumaValet Sdn Bhd.

Expertise and Innovative Solutions

Combining his project execution and management skills from spending 5 years on international assignments with the world’s leading Oil & Gas services company, Schlumberger, and honing his property investment expertise under FAR Capital Sdn Bhd, one of Malaysia’s largest property investment firms, Syahir brings deep understanding to property investment and renovation.
