Perjalanan profesional Manimeganan bermula dalam bidang kejuruteraan apabila beliau berkhidmat di STMicroelectronics, Muar dari tahun 2002 hingga 2006, sebelum menyertai ON Semiconductor dari 2006 hingga 2011. Pengalaman ini membentuk disiplin kerja, pemikiran sistematik dan ketelitian dalam pelaksanaan tugas.

Pada tahun 2012, beliau memasuki industri keselamatan melalui peluang yang diperkenalkan oleh seorang rakan. Bermula dari peringkat operasi, beliau mempelajari pengurusan tenaga kerja, operasi harian dan perkhidmatan pelanggan secara langsung.

Walaupun berdepan cabaran kewangan dan sokongan yang terhad, beliau menubuhkan MG Security Services Sdn. Bhd. pada tahun 2017 dengan matlamat untuk membina masa depan yang lebih baik bagi keluarganya serta mewujudkan syarikat keselamatan yang berasaskan integriti dan kebolehpercayaan.

Melalui usaha berterusan dan penambahbaikan yang konsisten, syarikat berkembang daripada operasi kecil kepada penyedia perkhidmatan keselamatan bertaraf nasional.
