From flying a chopper around KL to cocktail free flows, The Revelry is like Uber for your weekend enjoyment
Kuala Lumpur (July 04, 2016): The Revelry has officially landed in Malaysia. The app, now available for iOS devices, curates exclusive experiences with luxury bars and brands that members can’t access anywhere else.
The Revelry has amassed thousands of users in both Singapore and Malaysia over the past fourteen months, and some of the company’s most popular perks sold include off-the-menu requests like midnightdrift karting and bespoke cocktails crafted to an individual’s taste.
Notable users include head of marketing and public relations of Uber Malaysia, Lakshmi Patmarajah, as well as French Vietnamese actor and model Marcus Guilhem.
“What we want is to change the way people experience the city,” said Co-founder and Managing Director Alex Small. “Leisure and entertainment is a $2.3 trillion global market with consumers constantly looking for ways to spend their time.”
Recent data show that Malaysian youth have the highest levels of boredom, which is a surprising revelation given that they have been leading the charts in terms of social media usage.
“There is simply no reason to go to the same places and do the same things over and over again,” said Jonas Chelbat, Co-founder of The Revelry. “There is much that can be done; it just takes a bit of digging. And the best part is that we’ve unearthed them, added an interesting twist, and made it easy for our members to book them.”
The newly launched app makes the purchase process more seamless, enabling users to browse, buy, and enjoy perks on-the-go.
The Revelry is now available in the Apple App Store.
